Chris Losh has been working as a drinks journalist for 16 years. In that time he has edited three magazines: Wine and Spirit International, Wine Magazine, and Imbibe, as well as drinking his bodyweight several times over at tastings and discovered that good red Burgundy makes him swoon like a love-sick teenager.
He has written five books on wine and been shortlisted several times for Feature Writer of the Year and Online Writer of the Year in the Louis Roederer Wine Writer of the Year awards. Much of his career has been devoted to making wine as accessible and available to as many people as possible, which is why he’s delighted to be working with SommelierCellar.
Andrea has spent the last twelve years bringing a touch of Italian flair to London’s finest restaurants and hotels. His specialty is food pairing – going beyond traditional norms to create wine and food combinations that really “sing”. This compliments his impressive tenor voice that graced the occasional operatic stage in his student years.
Recently, Andrea added Sommelier of the Year 2009 to his growing list of awards. He brings his extensive knowledge and impeccable taste to SommelierCellar to help craft our unique wine list.
